Brent B. Bickett is Co-President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and employee claims management services.

As Co-President of FNF, Brent has primary responsibility for all merger and acquisition activities and strategic initiatives for the Fidelity family of companies. Brent directs FNF’s efforts to identify companies and opportunities that can leverage the Company’s core expertise in various industries and that offer the potential to maximize value for the shareholders of FNF and its operating subsidiaries. 

Prior to his appointment as President, Brent served as FNF’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and business development efforts. Brent’s responsibilities included evaluating, structuring and negotiating corporate acquisition transactions, strategic partnerships and investment opportunities for the FNF and its operating subsidiaries. 

Before joining Fidelity in January 1999, Brent  was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., a leading national investment banking firm, from August 1990 until January 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Brent served as a Managing Director of Bear Stearns’ real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.   

Brent earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1990.
