Randy Quirk is Co-President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), number 264 on the Fortune 500, and a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and claims management services.

Randy is also Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Title Group, Inc., FNF’s nationwide title insurance operations. The Company’s five title insurance underwriters - Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Ticor Title, Security Union Title and Alamo Title - issue approximately 29 percent of all residential and commercial title insurance policies in the U.S.  In addition, Randy is responsible for ServiceLink, a leading provider of centralized title and closing services to national lenders.

Over his 34-year career in the title insurance industry, Randy has successfully served in numerous senior management positions, including Executive Vice President, Division Manager and Regional Manager, with responsibilities for governing Direct and Agency operations nationally.

Prior to his current position, Randy was appointed in 2002 as President of Fidelity National Financial. He served the Company in this role until 2005, when he was unanimously chosen by Fidelity National Financial’s Board of Directors to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Title Group. Randy also serves as a Director on a number of subsidiary Boards affiliated with Fidelity National Financial.

Randy and his wife, Linda, live in Jacksonville, Florida, and have three children and three grandchildren.
