Employment Fraud Notice

Be aware of potential fraudulent employment offers

We have received reports of fraud schemes targeting prospective employees. Scammers have used the FNF brand and the names of FNF executives in communications to individuals who have posted their information on job search websites. The scammers may conduct “interviews” via email, direct messaging or web conferencing sites, resulting in offers of employment purportedly from FNF. These are not legitimate FNF employment offerings. The FTC has reported that these types of scams are designed to steal personal information and money.
