California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice at Collection for Prospective Employees
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. and its majority-owned subsidiary companies (collectively, “FNF,” “our,” or “we”) provide this notice to inform you of the personal information that FNF® collects, and the purposes for that collection, from its prospective employees who are California residents (“Prospective Employee Personal Information”). Prospective Employees for the purposes of this notice include California residents that are interested in or have applied for employment with FNF®. This notice is made pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Purposes for the Collection:
- To comply with FNF®’s employment law obligations and equal opportunity monitoring purposes;
- To make a decision about employment recruitment, or appointment.
If you do not provide certain Prospective Employee Personal Information when requested, FNF® may not be able to properly respond to any application or request for employment.
